Following A Biblical Model

Our Biblical model stems from John 21. Jesus' instruction to his disciples was to cast their NETS on the "OTHER side" of the boat after they had tried all night but didn't catch a thing. For too long we've been trying to catch fish with the wrong methods on OUR side of the boat. It's time we move to the OTHERside. When they trusted Jesus they were amazed. Their catch was so big, it almost capsized the boat.

CityConnexx is determined to change what has been a slim "catch" from our society's neediest neighborhoods. First, we try to mend the nets to retain at-risk youth. CityConnexx calls on thousands of donors and volunteers to help us reach out to children and youth living in poverty. By partnering with existing local ministries, we empower them to increase their effectiveness and programs in their local communities.
