Mission Trips Registration
We offer one standard plan that includes lodging at a ministry site, orientation, curriculum, training, on-site supervision and staff, ministry opportunities and free time to explore your city. Pricing varies by the number of days/nights you select. If you would like to add meals to your plan- it is $5 per meal (per person).

Step 1 : Pre-Registration Form
Complete the Pre-Registration Form to register your group for CityConnexx and lock in your rate. This information will provide CityConnexx with important details to match your group to a ministry site.

Step 2 : Registration Form
Once you've locked in your rate with Step 1, complete the Registration Form and return to CityConnexx with your 50% payment 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Step 3: Final Registration Form
Once you've completed Step 2, complete the Final Registration Form and return to CityConnexx with your final payment 4 weeks before your arrival date.

Step 4: Participant Medial/Release Form
Complete one Medical/Release Form for each individual attending CityConnexx and then the originals to your ministry site on the first day. These documents are due immediately upon your arrival and will be collected by your Ministry Site Coordinator and returned to CityConnexx after your departure.
Note: this specific CityConnexx form is a requirement as it covers permissions in addition to medical information. It must be used even if your church/organization requires your own form. Please contact CityConnexx to discuss further.
