Message from a Ministry Partner

As a native New Yorker from Brooklyn, I have personally lived the inner-city life. Unfortunately, it was a life style that was dangerous, desperate and self-destructive. It wasn't until I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ in 1973 that I realized God's calling for my life. Transformed and renewed I planted my feet in inner-city youth ministry and haven't looked back.

For thirty-five years, I have been humbled to feel the Lord's heart beat especially through missions. When people intentionally engage in serving others, I have found that short terms missions has long term impact. Team up with CityConnexx and experience the joy of serving, the discovery of your God given gifts and talents, and the reward of making a difference in your own backyard.
