Mission Trips Registration

Register with a $250 deposit to lock in your rate. There are two plans available. Both include lodging at a ministry site, orientation, curriculum, training, on-site supervision and staff, ministry opportunities and free time to explore your city. One plan includes meals and the other is offered without meals.

Step 1 : Pre-Registration Form

Complete the Pre-Registration Form to register your group for CityConnexx. This information will provide CityConnexx with important details to match your group to a ministry site.

Step 2 : Final Registration Form

Once you've locked in your rate with Step 1, complete the Final Registration Form and return to CityConnexx with your final payment 45 days before your arrival date.

Step 3 : Participant Medical/Release Form

Complete one copy of the Medical/Release Form for each individual attending CityConnexx and bring to your ministry site. These documents are due immediately upon your arrival and will be collected by your Ministry Site Coordinator.
